—If you want a portable free nightlight where you can control the color and time when it’s on, this in the app for you!-It’s a light you can time color and turn off really easily, The things I hear or see as I fall asleep really impact my dreams and overall sleep quality, a bright white light takes away my sleepiness a red light gives me nightmares, a yellow light makes me tired and I go to sleep I can make the light the exact color I need it’s really simple easy and douse exactly what I need it to do, I use it every night. You can also have sleep tracking or sounds on in a different app, the light won’t stop it. Another thing for me was leaving my phone on all night, which is something I Didn’t want to do, which the app I can control the amount of time the light stays on giving me peace of mind.

I love this app and use it several times a night when I feed my 11 week old baby. I love the different colors or designs, the sounds are super helpful because my daughter loves the white noise to get back to sleep, and the timer is my favorite part! The one thing lacking from this app is the fact that I have to turn the brightness up on my phone in order for the screen to be bright enough to use. I wish that, once the app turned on, it would automatically brighten my screen for me. This is a very small issue in the grand scheme of this app, so Im not too worried about it. But for the most part, this is incredibly useful !

I think this app is great. Whenever I use it at night sometimes, it’s so nice andLightens up a dark room. I only have one problem. Which is if the night light is on and you touch it will tend to go back to the menu, which I mean that’s fine but maybe there could be a little edit button at the top that would go back to the menu? Overall this app is great it has timers, different lights, if you turn of data and wifi youget no ads, and it even has sound. I can’t sleep in the dark due to trauma, etc. as an adult. But this is nice: it has options for different colors, moving screens, for sounds or none, and brightness adjustment... I adjust the brightness on my iPhone through quick access if it’s too bright or not enough, depending on mood or wherever else. Don’t feel ashamed as an adult, and don’t let the opportunity for something pretty to look at for kids pass you by if you have them, are baby sitting, etc. It’s free and it does the job well.
