Annoying Pop-Ups and Poor Search-Not Driver Friendly

This app is extremely frustrating to use. Every time I open it, the review request pops up, which is very distracting—especially when I’m driving. I don’t have time to keep closing the same window over and over.On top of that, the search feature wastes time and interrupts my drive. There should be an option to save favorites (like Piccolo) so it always shows up first, no matter where I am, instead of making me search for it every time.

One of the worst apps to deal with. The search and user experience are poor. I place an order and pay, then go to pick it up and no one is there. I contact the store dozens of times with no response, and end up having to reach customer service just so they can contact the café to prepare my order. They’re listed on the app and accept orders, but in the end they don’t deliver them. Advice: save your money & your time.
