This app keeps on crashing! And closing by its self

This is a great app plain and simple a simpleton can navigate through it and use it. But I don’t know why when you’re using the app it will crash and close by itself I don’t know why this happens I try uninstalling and resetting my phone and nothing seems to work y’all should fix this bug or whatever and upgrade your Google maps on the app put it for satellite mode or at least an option for it come on people
Could use an upgrade in some areas.

I think over all it is pretty smooth I wish you could edit your inputs if I slip up and put incorrect info. Or go to previous page so u can revert and the map location is good but if u can have the odd ball directions available in the map directive would be a lot of help. I use gps mostly but I get direct in best route paths. Idk if I have ever legally been sent or taken directions in the best path route. Allow a copy paste addition to the info also but again it does what I need it to just could be much more driver friendly in some zones

I have used this app for quite some time now through the company that I work for. There always seems to be something not working right. The staff is more than willing to help, but they just can’t seem to get all of the glitches worked out enough for a company to be fully confident in the reliability of trusting their prop info to be accurate. It has a great interface, but the negatives far outweigh the positives at this point. It needs work.

After reading reviews from 2019 most of the same issues exist in 2021. This a review but better yet a question to the team behind it. Why does the app still crash when closing loads after two years? Why can you no longer manually put in box information? I understand that the app is simple and easy to use which makes the driver experience less stressful, that is until you run into issues that should of been planned for and are easily avoidable… do better
