UGB-eBANK is the eBanking mobile app of the Gabonese Bank Union (UGB) UGB-eBank is a banking service accessible from a multimedia support connected to the internet, allowing the subscriber customer to consult his account and carry out various banking operations. This product is intended for retails, professionals and enterprises. To access the platform, the client must connect to the following web address: https: //ugb-ebank.com. Once connected, the customer can easily perform the following operations: ALL CLIENTS : - Balance consultation of accounts domiciled in UGB, attached to the customer number, subscription support (current account, savings accounts, term deposit, currency) - Consultation of intradays and indicative balance : Transactions with future accounting will not be supported during the changeover. - Reporting of selected account events on d+1 - Search and view accounting transactions - View 90-day account history - Viewing the list of co-subscribers - Creation of online beneficiaries - Checkbook order online - Print and PDF Download of account statements - Issuance of UGB transfers or to other banks with FCFA in the CEMAC zone (one-time or permanent transfers, Multiple transfers) PROFESSIONALS & ENTERPRISES : - Issue of UGB or FCFA transfers in the CEMAC zone (one-time transfers, permanent transfers, multiple transfers, mass transfers (ETEBAC), sending of transfer files...) - Download AFB120 reporting - Download balances and entries (MT940, CSV) - Import of mass debit file (ETEBAC) Advantages: - 24/7 and 7/7 accessibility worldwide. - Fast and easy to use - Channel-to-channel (web-to-mobile and vice versa) without data loss - Management and monitoring of all accounts held at UGB - Dematerialisation of transfer orders - Autonomy in monitoring and managing accounts through Intraday and event alerts - Free transfers to UGB accounts - Reduced transaction costs - Save time and money by avoiding moving to the agency - Encrypted and highly secure website and mobile app - Transaction confidentiality through enhanced authentication that conditions access and validation of transactions through - NB: any operation validation is done from a temporary password that can be used only once (OTP SMS: One Time Password SMS) - Editing or sending the RIB by email - Messagerie with the account manager
