So, I’ve had the app for about two weeks now. Well at about 5:00a.m. I got a prompt to edit my location to continue using app. Well every time I go to put my location in it resets. It won’t let me save it, won’t let me log out or anything. I’ve also tried to uninstall and reinstall and still have the same issue. I love this app. I’ll change my rating as soon as the bug is fixed.Update: I think the issue I was having is I was traveling to work and I don’t think the app could pin point me at the time. Random bug find haha

I used this application for a period but ran into some rather scummy behavior. When I tried to withdrawal my money the requirements for verification were absurd. On top of things like SSN and license they required a physical bill to verify my address. This tactic seems intent to make it difficult to take your money out which they will then begin taking. They then told me I would begin being charged for inactivity, this was while my rig was actively mining. They consider ‘activity’ a payout which my rig had become too dated to reach in a timely manner. They then charged me fees until the amount in my account was below the minimum amount to transfer. Overall a frustrating experience, please find a service which does not put hurdles in your way just to make a buck. They got my money, don’t let them get yours.

Love the new updated app. The brand new design looks great! I have been using this newly designed app for some time now since I signed up for the beta. Happy everyone else can use it now too! There will always be the few people that aren’t happy with change, but that’s life. I think NiceHash did a great job with it, and look forward to any future updates!

I consistently need to use the nicehash iphone app to monitor and manage my various rigs around the house. It used to be good. But now it’s just a complete headache dealing with this garbage app. Oh jeeze where do i start.. FIRST, 90% of the time it doesn’t show the real profitability for each PC individually. It will usually just show 27 cents for multiple PC’s with different graphics cards.. which makes no sense as to how a gtx1080 can make as much as a 3060ti, or let alone a 6950xt. The 3060ti should show at least 32-33 cents consistently, and the 6950xt at least 35-37 cents, considering that’s what it says on the PC itself with the nicehash app open and mining. SECOND, whenever I go to “start all rigs” or “stop all rigs”, the freaking app WILL NEVER START ALL MY RIGS OR STOP ALL MY RIGS LIKE IT USED TO DO NO PROBLEM BEFORE. Learned it was doing this the hard way after waking up after peak electricity hours, only to see my rigs still happily wasting power. So now i have to manually go and click each miner and manually stop it. THIRD, now when i go click on a rig from the rig manager to stop it, and go back to select another rig, THE APP REFRESHES OR SOMETHING AND I CAN SUDDENLY NO LONGER SEE MY RIGS. There’s no way anyone else is not having this issue with Iphone. So I have to scroll up, and pull down to manually refresh the screen again a couple times and if i’m lucky they will pop up again, or the app will crash entirely and i’ll have to reopen it AGAIN. Quite frankly this app has become VERY VERY FRUSTRATING to use as in the past it has had much ease of use, but now it just seems like complete and utter garbage. At this point I’m probably best off walking around to each PC and manually turning it on and off and tossing the app entirely. So I’d really appreciated it if nicehash Devs could get their heads out of their pants and actually make a phone application that isnt the most glitchy and annoying thing ever. Thanks & hope you guys liked my accurate review.Update as to since I posted this review. Now my app will rarely open. I open the app, input my stupid passcode, and then the app just closes out. Literally GARBAGE APP. Why cant you guys just make it good like it used to be?
