This option determines the Projected & Actual Progress shown in the Planning & Tracking Bars. b) Zoom Option: You can zoom-in & zoom-out across four zoom levels. c) Todays Date Line: The todays date line is presented as a vertical dashed red line. The Project/Task Actual Progress is presented in the following colors, in order to highlight the risk of not completing them on time: a) Turquoise - Completed Project/Task. b) Red - Late Project/Task. c) Orange - In-Progress Project/Task with High Delay Risk. d) Yellow - In-Progress Project/Task with Medium Delay Risk. e) Green - In-Progress Project/Task with Low Delay Risk. Task Predecessors (Successors) Screens - New ------------------------------------------------ These screens are presented when you touch upon any Task Predecessors (Successors) cell. These screens list the Predecessors (Successors) for the selected task, and allow you to add, change, and remove Predecessors (Successors). The Task Predecessors (Successors) screen grid includes the following columns: a) Task Name - These cells allow you to select the Predecessor (Successor) Task. b) Rule - These cells allow you to select the Dependency Rule. The choices are: FF (Finish to Finish), FS (Finish to Start), SF (Start to Finish), and SS (Start to Start) c) Lag - These cells allow you to provide a Dependency Delay Time (i.e. Positive Lag) or a Dependency Overlay Time (i.e. Negative Lag). d) Lag Unit - These cells allow you to set the Dependency Lag Unit. The choices are: Unit, Weekday, Week, and Month. Note: Any Task Dependency added in the Task Predecessors (Successors) screen will automatically show up in the corresponding Task Successors (Predecessors) screen(s).
