Unfortunately if your email has any special characters such as a period or underscore the system will not let you log in. A error message will pop up as formatting errors are not allowed and resubmit with a new email. Please fix this problem foot locker!

This is literally the worst app every and they don’t have answer to fix it and the employees are just as clueless when it comes to the app it just “try again later” the app doesn’t even work so don’t waste your time downloading it
