I am glad I stumbled upon this app while looking for some motivational tool in the App Store. Thank you to the creator of this app. I am using it a little differently. I’m using the “IF” for a behavior or a goal I want to achieve. Then I’m using the “THEN” to visualize the result or reward, and how my life, feelings, finances or health will be better. I have thought about this approach for years but never did anything about it. Now this app as simple as it is, is making it possible for me to realize the potential of thirtyish and then. I love it.
