Minor UI fix for rendering custom Praise on Safety Observation update screen.

View and enroll in Safety Training classes. Will use the labels provided for Safety Observation 'Praise' and 'Prevention' reports, if specified. Added a delete confirmation to delete of File Cabinet files on the mobile device. Added display of the SSC user QR code in the My Profile section.

The term "accident" has been changed to "incident". Now need to wait until the completion of Training videos before they can be marked complete. New/removed/updated Electronic Forms now automatically sync to the mobile device upon login.

Float important Training Profiles (those that should have Certificates) to the top of the list.

Detect and alert user if a new version of the app is available. Fixed a bug on select devices, videos were not closing properly. Can now view your Training profile and download the PDF of your Training Certificate. Improved usage when offline.

Location is no longer required for reporting on Safety Observations. Added an optional shortcut "Now" button option on Safety Observation and Incident reporting to set the observation/incident time to 'Now'. Safety Observations and Accident/Near Miss reporting now explain why a report cannot yet be submitted (what information is missing).

Now able to receive mobile app notifications. Introduced a user notification preferences capability.

Applied new terminology across all screens. 'Local' is now 'On Device' and 'Remote' is now 'In Cloud'. Gave 'Near Miss' it's own reporting option instead of only being accessed as a type of Incident/Accident Report.
