This app is not a replacement for the website. For taking payments on-site, it’s a great option for employees in the field.
Needs more options!

This app works great but a few more features would make it so much more useful! First of all add the cash or check payment options like you have on the website! Also the ability to track inventory is desperately needed. Both a starting inventory quantity and an easy way to see hone of a particular item has been sold! Until then just logging into the PaySimple website point of sale page works better than the app.

I’m not sure why they updated it. It’s complicated and I don’t like that I can’t see my upcoming/recurring chargers now. This was not a good idea. The last version was so much better than this one and quicker and less complicated.

The mobile app took 5 steps back in the technology world, and they keep increasing monthly charges. Time to look for another provider.... PaySimple used to be a customer service & informative business. They’ve recently tanked....
