Пропали все коины и проделанные тренировки, требует соединения через iCloud, новых тренировок тоже нет! Что происходит?

Won’t open. Want my money back.
My friend recommended this app, I contemplated for months if I should download. I ended up getting it and paying it and downloaded to my phone. Now it won’t open. No matter what I do it just doesn’t open. I want my money back please.
