I’ve been part of teams raising money with FlipGive for a few years. What originally drew me in was their boast to “never sell a chocolate bar again” which was met with “hallelujah!” from myself and my group. Over the years their platform has been steadily improving as has the growth of brand partners. In my book the launch of this app is a quantum leap forward for those of us who are tethered to our phones. My team already uses the TeamSnap app to schedule all of our games and practices & communicate on everything like carpools and snacks, so it’s super convenient that the FlipGive app is integrated with it. Sometimes you have to remind yourself to buy things through the app to make sure your team gets the cash back, but if you actually make a habit of sticking with it and making your purchases through FlipGive’s portal, it ends up paying off in the longrun. It takes some time to start earning actual big bucks for your team, but you can get big chunks of money at a time if you remember to use the app for major purchases like new computers and vacation trips.

Have been using flipgive for quite a while now and have nothing but positives to say regarding it! My cousins little league baseball team was planning a trip to Cooperstown but needed funding which led to us starting a team here. It’s great knowing that I can still help his team raise funds by shopping online at all of the stores I love. After three months, my cousins team raised enough money and will be heading to Cooperstown this week!
Inconvenient horrible site

Very inconvenient site. After each purchase I had to send receipts and make a claim because nothing was credited to my account! Then since I live in Hawai’i, they would not accept some receipts because it would land in a different day of purchase due it time difference. So I had to email and call customer service several times! Once reached, I do have to say they were nice, however I feel overall this app was not worth it compared to Rakuten where monies are placed in your account right away and no hassles! Now I can’t withdraw my earned funds from FlipGive….waiting on the site to get back to me!
