Firstly, I’d like to say that we’ve experienced the same issue others have of this app crashing since we updated our iPad. We also have faith in the creatives behind it finding a solution understanding such a thing takes time.Having said that, I still would not hesitate to purchase this app and recommend it to others for it being phenomenal. The amount of love and thought that has gone into creating it shows in every aspect. They took what they’d already done in their other apps to a whole new level of interactivity that opens a world of imagination.Our son adores Pango and visits with him and his friends every day. This world has become a huge part of our life and has opened up so many possibilities to him that he didn’t have before. It’s given him tools to understanding and enjoying interacting with others in a safe environment encouraging him to use it outside our home. He constantly creates new stories and is excited to share them with us extending it while playing with his toys as well. The joy it brings him is utterly priceless to us. The issue with this temporary glitch has helped him build patience for us explaining to him it’s out of our control and when he does get it to work he declares he’ll enjoy it while it does and is a superhero.So much love to the hardworking team that created this and please keep creating more!

Great until it crashes

My 6 year old loves this game - while it works. After playing for a little while (building a few parks) it will start to crash and the only way to get it working is to delete the app and reinstall - rebooting the iPad doesn’t help ... and reinstalling deletes the parks you’ve made of course - so that results in many tears for the little one whose work has to be erased. When reinstalled, the same thing happens again. A few parks made, starts crashing, tears on reinstall. Two stars because the game is good. Just be prepared for your child to cry when it crashes and the only thing you can do is reinstall and erase their work.

I’d give zero stars. Purchased this app after days of 5 year old asking. I made her earn the privilege of another app. As a earned reward I purchased this yesterday. As soon as she picks the board to build the game crashes. I’ve trouble shot the usual. Her IPad is updated, there’s plenty of storage, deleted and reinstalled app, rebooted the iPad. Now I see these reviews of same said complaints. I want a REFUND so she can pick out a real functional app. I feel horrible she’s confused and frustrated. My 5 year old has a lifetime to learn things but being ripped off isn’t something I thought she would learn this early.
