Fix the password change bug open since 3+ years

When trying to reset the password, no matter what you type it just gives an error "Password should have alphabets and number only". I found a workaround to bypass the stupid error by typing text in alternating case.

The previous version of IRCTC app was working perfectly. But this new one doesn’t work at all. Previously it was shutting down as soon as I tried to check my bookings or book a new ticket. But since last two days it’s giving an error “ Network connection was lost”. I even called help desk couple of times but it seems the team is full of dumb people. Hope this issue is resolved soon

The previous version of IRCTC app was working perfectly. But this new one doesn’t work at all. Previously it was shutting down as soon as I tried to check my bookings or book a new ticket. Even password reset doesnt work It says the password needs to be alphabets and numbers - when doing so i dont nnow how it is getting any character other that that and erroring out Before it was the sequential thing I am frustrated Indian railway should be outsource the ticket booking to other private player so that it can be made better - with this app and functionality we have with irctc we will be way behind .

From USA traveling on an extended holiday and have been trying for 3 days to enable use. When I try to login to my account , I enter user name, password, and Captha but never receive OTP. So I submitted a help ticket which also sends OTP. I did receive that OTP but never one to login to my account.
