Video calling is temporarily unavailable on iPad

Pointless

Although finally I can search for a doctor without already having to know the city in which the doctor is located in order to search for it (?!?), this app really has no purpose and I see no reason to use it.

As mentioned in other reviews, it has a calendar function (which requires that the user manually adds the events), it has a prescription section (which does not show prescriptions) and an analysis section (which, keeping in theme, also does not update with any info automatically). The ‘virtual card’ which should appear when I rotate my phone (landscape) just changes the text to microscopic size and doesnt rotate. Great QA process.

It is not clear why a new app was released, nor why it was not rolled into the existing (and still available) other DKV app but, either way, this ‘new’ app does little more than the other and serves no purpose other than confuse users with…multiple apps.

Oh, and mine is in English and there is no way to change the language that I can find. Strange when it is a Spanish company, with service in Spain, and my online account login and info is in Spanish.

Hello Lenny. The calendar / agenda feature not only shows those manually added events, but also every appointment booked using the app and tasks recommended by different professionals. Within the “My pharmacy” section you will be able to see every medication that has previously prescribed by a doctor through the app, and you will find a button in the same section for this purpose, this prescription will also be available in the “Folder” section in “My health”. Also in this “Folder” you will have your blood test results when performed in an integrated laboratory, with over than 1.000 extraction points in Spain. We will review your comment about the virtual health card in order to improve it if needed. Regarding language, the app is shown in English if the device operating system is either in English or a language different from spanish and other co-official languages in the spanish territory, and is shown in Spanish if the device is configured in Spanish or a co-official language (catalá, euskera, galego). The announcements for the promise that you can see results your visits your doctors etc. Etc.
I have been looking to find my eight or so doctor visits nine or so medication’s and various test in the app folder section. It says no documents available. I have been on the phone with technical support at least six times for four hours total. What they have finally been able to make clear with me is that only the prescriptions you make by calling your doctor with the app or stored in the app which means that your doctor gives you a prescription you can’t feel it but you need to go home and call another doctor and tell him you’re getting this prescription so you have to enter everything yourself in essence.
There is no visible way to make an appointment on the app for a physical medical visit. The only available appointments through the app or virtual appointments. If you need to see or be seen by a doctor there is no record of it on the app you cannot get information on your visits. You cannot contact your doctor. You cannot contact a center.The only list of my prescriptions or your prescriptions are the notes you have to keep for yourself. There’s no place to enter them in the app so you could store them there.

Hello, first of all, we have noticed that you are using an old version of the app, so we recommend you to update it to the latest one. About the prescriptions, only those that come from a call, videocall or chat that have taken place in the app will be available in your folder section; so other prescriptions generated in different clinics or hospitals won’t be available as they might use different information systems. Regarding booking physical appointments, once you have the latest version, you will have a “Consultations”section in your tab bar, where you can choose an specialty, and then press “Search” in order to visualize every professional included in your DKV policy, the center’s phone number and a button to book appointments in those who have activated online bookings. All the appointments booked in the app can be checked in “My diary” section (also in the tab bar).
