First of all, I love the game. It’s a great concept and a really cool idea. I can truly say I’ve never played a game like it so hands down to the developers for coming up with a really cool concept for the game. My only issues is that there should be an option (a free option) to play quickly instead of having to wait hours for a new message. An option to let players choose whether they want to play the intended way, or a sped-up version of the game. Another thing, and this one might just be a personal issue but I have read some other reviews about ad issues…I can’t get the ad-given gifts. I watch 3 out of 4, and I get the close ad option, but when I go to watch the 4th add to get the gift I can’t close the ad to receive the gift. No matter how many times I reset the app, it doesn’t work. For a free to play player, this is a bit tedious *but* not such a huge issue to where I would quit playing. I guess I’ll have to miss out on some aspects as I can’t afford to buy coins. Nonetheless, the game is great and I appreciate the creators for putting such a good game on the App Store.

If you are looking for a game to play alone, or with your bestfriend, boyfriend/girlfriend, or a group or friends, than look no further!! This mystery/detective game is soooo much fun and so, so, soooo addicting. I started playing last night and kept waking up in the middle of the night, last night, just to keep checking for any updates/texts/clues that would lead me to find what happened to Amy. I know there are more stories and cases within the game to play, which I’m super excited for because I don’t want this game to end. It’s literally THAT fun!! The creator of the game really took their time and you can just tell they really put their all into making Suspects. It’s 10/10 creativity! 10/10 suspense! 10/10 design. 10/10 leaving you at the edge of your seat fun!! The fact they even went as far as making the characters, of the stories actual Instagram accounts, added Easter eggs throughout the story, and on top of all that - added actual videos, pictures, voice notes and just the little things that would make it that much more realistic, is BEYOND AMAZING!! Best detective game I’ve played, literally, EVER!! Thank you, Suspects creators! This was perfection. 🕵🏻‍♀️🫆📱🧬

I’m in LOVE with the game and the concept of it but there are allot of flaws! I do understand and am willing to change my review IF these things I’m about to talk about are fixed/changed. First and foremost, Support! There is no support or website?! Who do we talk to about issues or report problem/glitches etc to??? Broken Links ?! When Amy was reported missing they created a news paper article and sent it in the group chat to be viewed and we can not even view it! In fact this has happened in every story ! How are we supposed to get all the clues and information we need if we are receiving broken links and things that are unable to be viewed? Waiting and coins. I’m absolutely in love with the real time concept BUTTTT… sometimes I want to speed it up a little faster which you all do offer a way to speed it up but, the amount of coins you need to speed up the game at points is a little much! As well as some of the locked content! Then you get the information unlocked and it’s sometimes not very useful! There’s also not much of an “how to” or guide on what to do when you first start, not everyone can figure it out alone! I LOVE that all of us users playing can converse in the chat too help one another etc as well that is an awesome feature !! Coins and gifts aren’t too expensive and you can earn free ones (not many) but they are there! You get a little greedy with locked content ! In some stories almost everything’s locked and if you don’t make a purchase you miss out on important content!!!! When. These things get fixed I will happily give the full 5 stars! It’s an awesome game for a crime junkie like myself!

This idea of solving a mystery via a messenger app intrigued me so much as it made it really simple to scratch my mystery solving itch on my free time or on the go. The problem I have with this game is that you have to spend so much money for little return. The cost of so many important things to further the story is super high and even to advance you need to spend an enormous amount. Also, having to wait hours to get a small text is frustrating. Make it easier to play without it costing so much or at least make it faster! It’s a game with a compelling story, why would you want your players to be taken out of the moment? (Oh wait you just want us to spend the coins we don’t have to skip ahead…) on that same note, the global chat is a HUGE problem. I assume you get paired with people who start the story at the same time as you, if those people pay money and skip ahead to further episodes, it’s a spoiler problem! The killer was spoiled for me and others in the chat and many were confused assuming we were all on the same part. WHY IS THAT A THING??!? It’s also really toxic and the spoiling caused a lot of negativity. Last but not least, the game itself is intriguing, but for the most part it’s just reading, you get messages like in real time but it’s not really you trying to guess or solve a mystery, it’s not interactive at all. The story just happens and you read through it over the course of a week or over a day if you decide to spend a lot of money. That’s all I have to say about it. I’m giving two stars instead of one only for the fact that the consistency with the actors and the story was cool, but not worth the hassle.
