Before I wrote this review, I first tried really hard to find app support. When I finally found it, there wasn’t a place to put a game support request. So I’ll complain about the bug here. I wrote this review a couple of years ago and then stopped playing, because after ads, game would not return to gameplay. Ugh. I restarted playing, and love it, it’s just that bug that ruins everything. I don’t mind watching ads for power ups, but after watching, the reward is not granted/collected. Grr. I’m wondering if that will continue happening, if paying to have ads removed? I might have done that if it wasn’t so buggy and I felt comfortable spending any money on a game that will crash after every few games. I have so much fun with this game, I wish it was all ironed out by now. I really enjoy this game. It’s easy to learn and ace. You have to eat every little thing, rocks, traffic cones, trash bags, lamp posts, motorcycles, weeds, planter boxes, everything. I win probably 95% of the time. And no one cheats when they get big right away, they just know how to play! How can you blame the developer if the problem is you? It’s free game, how can you make such a stink over ads. Is there a game that is free and doesn’t have ads? Also, I would love if there was chat, leaderboard and more maps. But, if the last two players are both maxed out the game doesn’t end. No winner. You have to completely close down and reopen the game. It’s fun because you can win one round and come in 20th the next. Simple but fun AND addicting!

This is an amazing game! I got the game on April 1st and I have a hole and tricks for winning! (I made a bad pun with hole, sorry) This game is overall amazing! But there could be a few changes… So the first one I was thinking is that you need more maps, and maybe the option to choose the maps to because I go into a round and then not only does the game put me to a random map but after a little while each map just gets boring doing it again and again and again. As I was saying, I would also like the choice to choose the maps to go into. I don’t really like it being random maps. And I would like more modes. There are only 3 modes and 2 of them make you only have 2 minutes until the time is up. Maybe you could put in a practice mode or something. Also, when I’m playing the “Be the last hole mode” About 80% of the time, both the AI and I get up to level 19 and none of us can eat each other. I would like you to make either higher levels for us to get up to in the round, or the AI only being able to get up to level 18, because that would hopefully fix the problem. Maybe you could also make an online mode. I get it that you would need internet but it would be worth having to stay at home to play with some real people. There are a few more suggestions… I would like to be a difficulty selection. When your playing against the AI, the AI is just to easy. I think that’s all, overall this is a great game and with these fixes that you might make, these 4 stars will be 5. Thank you!

Hopefully this doesn’t fall the way of Pokémon go and other apps that launched with a lack of content only to add extra content too slowly. I must admit it’s refreshing to see a free game, with multiplayer and different modes, not having a paid shop, let alone any pay to win aspects. But it definitely needs more. More maps (more skins and more modes but that would probably bring more paid aspects, which I wouldn’t mind if it’s reasonable and expands the game, and for the better). While the single map they have is generated so every time it’s different, the game still needs more maps and eventually other content like new skins and modes. As it’s extremely popular right now, i have already seen the one and only paid part of the game (which is removing all ads for $2.99,which is very reasonable) go from one 2 second ad after each game that u could almost always skip, turn to 25-30 second ads that your forced to watch and cannot skip. Making the urge to buy away the ads more necessary than at launch. If they were planning on adding paid content they should have waited and launched with it or just put a price on the game of $2.99 with a demo version for users to try it out first. Either way, the gameplay is awesome, HIGHLY addictive, pretty decent graphics (however the lag can be annoying at times even lowering the graphics to low and playing on an iPhone X or iPad air2 on WiFi with an extremely fast and secure connection. I’m just hoping they can add smaller updates quickly at least in the beginning and don’t make the same mistakes as so many other popular apps and games launched with good ideas but bare bones content.

It’s a great game, I’ve played for a while and always loved this game but since I last played the developers have reset my progress taking away stuff I earned and making it cost money so now not only do I not have my cool skins anymore but they also ramped up the advertisements… i understand an advertisement every couple games but seriously?! A half time with a full ad that intentionally make the X hit box super small so you’re just pulled into the App Store trying to get rid of it but also TWO full advertisements a game?? It feels unplayable at this point. I spend more time watching ads than playing games!. You already get so much traffic but I just feel like this many ads makes it not worth it to play and I’m not gonna pay so that I can finally play this free game without spending 60% of my time in advertisements that are impossible to click away without accidentally opening the AppStore. It’s frustrating because I love using the game to pass time but I feel like I’m my personal opinion the ads have gone too far… so personally between them restarting my progress by taking my skins and making me pay to get them back and being constantly attacked by advertisement I’m gonna find a new game that I can use to pass time. There are far better models to earn money in a mobile game like new content you pay for or power ups that would be far better for player retention and far more friendly to the new players rather than using constant pop up ads and a half time mechanic.
