I like the old app better this new app is terrible takes forever to load doesn’t recognize you keeps thinly your a new user and based on my experience with the app going to a new bank is highly likely. Please fix these issues. App should’ve been published if it doesn’t work!

Mobile deposit checks are not viewable after they are deposited. Also wish they showed up in activity instantly. Camera doesn’t automatically take pic of check. Also wish we could pick a default account to deposit to so I don’t need to select an account with each deposit. Cleared checks are hit and miss when a pic of the check can be viewed. When replying to a secure message wish my response would be viewable.

LOVE the direct deposit feature and the recent updates. I would, however, like to see my running balance after each transaction when viewing an account. I can’t see a running total in the app like Incan on the desktop version.

Deerwood Bank is an amazing establishment! Every employee I have interacted with has given me great service and has been very respectful. Online banking is so simple, however, I chose to go to a branch for immediate deposits and to interact with the team members!
