I didn’t realize how poor the air quality in my home was until using Airthinx! I installed a unit in my kids room and learned that CO2 levels were way above safe levels, which is scary. Since September 20th, I’ve been trying to get help from AirThinx support, but all I’ve encountered is a wall of stone. I’ve reached out multiple times, yet there’s been little to no assistance from agent Vasileios, who seems more interested in telling me how the device is supposed to work rather than addressing my actual concerns.I’ve had issues with the official app not functioning as promised and repeatedly asked for help, only to be met with vague responses and no real solutions. I even had to resolve the WiFi issue myself because the support was simply not there. It’s frustrating to pay for a product and not get the service you expect.I’m disappointed, AirThinx. I hope you step up and finally provide the support you advertise.
