This app is a huge plus for people who suffer with anxiety and trauma. I learned this technique from you several years ago and put it on the shelf. When I got the technique again this year and bought your book trauma tapping, I was hooked. I have added this short tapping program to my daily morning practice. It has become a habit and has much improved my mood. Easy, short, and meaningful. I am truly grateful for this program and your efforts to spread the word. A shooting incident last evening at the park where 8 year olds were playing baseball, is affecting me. I am ready to share these techniques with my grandchildren who though not there last night, play on that field. There is definitely a need for these tools in their tool box of healing. This app is beautifully done and so very helpful. I use it myself and refer my own clients to it so they can use it between our sessions. Tapping is a most incredible tool. I have been a target of severe child abuse for the first 17 years of life. I have been helped by many therapists. However I believe it is this tapping that has helped me so deeply that I have actually turned a corner of healing myself from this abuse in a profound way..

This app has contents that do a great job of helping anyone learn this technique without the barriers of language; you can just tap along and notice how you feel better. They have done a remarkable job of taking into consideration cultural, gender, age, religious, and other bias/barriers to people using this proven technique to decrease the impact of trauma on the body! I think the developers and I highly recommend this.

Calming app, especially if you’re already familiar with tapping, but it is designed for those who are not familiar with it. I am very much a science based believer when it comes to medical help, whether physical or mental, and I find this to be very grounding and brings me back to level, being able to breathe again. Out of panic, sadness and fear. I recommend it to everyone of all ages.
