I wouldn’t be using this app if not for the Vitality programme

It’s basically a very useless app that can’t even handle sync well. More often than not, each update purports to improve performance and what-not but even more often than not the app always fails to sync activity/workouts from the phone. This has been a perennial problem since this app was created. Get it done right once and for all!

Extremely poorly designed, full of bugs, really slow and half the time doesn’t work. The developers must be dinosaurs, gives a feeling this is a 10-12 years old app..

AIA is having more and more predatory behaviour when it comes to health insurance.They decline cover for emergencies, A&E and they use false reasoning to base their cover on, like spending a night at hospital.This company should be barred from providing insurance in Singapore.

Looks like a systems/apps integration driven initiative. Zero consideration of user experience. Optismisation of systems integration. Customers are least in their consideration, absolutely no consideration of user experience. If there was a zero star rating, this app would certainly deserve it.
