Just an average guy who wanted to get into crypto trading to make some extra money. Not super tech-savvy, which is why I liked how easy the app seemed. It’s not. I can’t even buy on the app, I have to go online to figure it out. Buying their tether currency wasn’t even possible for 2 days recently. Server constantly says it’s overloaded, but only when I go to withdraw, interesting 🧐. Can buy with no issues anytime. Huge fees from their 3rd party. I wanted to buy 30 dollars worth of the tether currency, which you HAVE to buy to buy any other coin, and it cost me $70 after fees, I’d be glad to show screenshots. A few days ago I transferred $150 over which after costing me $200 took 22 hours to get into my account. If I would’ve been trying to rush buy a coin it would’ve sucked, luckily I wasn’t. You have to provide pretty much every aspect of your personal info to withdraw any coin earnings as fiat currency, which is ridiculous. I have my phone, email, bank info, ID card with selfie (what is this, a discord server?), and everything else, and it still just says I must provide “other” to get the full account. Not even sure what that means. It’s not worth it, buy your coins somewhere else. I’m not even sure I’m going to be able to withdraw when I do hit big on this app. They don’t seem interested in answering anyone’s questions online, and can’t run a server at all, even with all the money they have to be making with fees. Just go elsewhere.

You can lose Crypto forever if you aren’t paying attention

Didn’t login to BitMart for a while, about 3 months, decided one day to login and check my coins only to find out a few of them Bitmart discontinued support for, and apparently when they do that, there is no way to retrieve them by any means, and they give deadlines to when you must transfer coins or lose them forever. So you must login and check everyday to make sure they aren’t discontinuing support for your crypto, or it’s just gone to you. They have your keys, so they have access, but they will never give you the keys. So it absolutely defeats the purpose of holding any coins in the Bitmart wallet, because it forces you to use a secondary wallet anyways. Support said there was nothing that could be done. And since they hold the keys to your wallet, they can never be retrieved by you, So hundreds of dollars in crypto just poofed away from my account and essentially stolen from me by Bitmart.This is not a safe place to store your crypto and you are required to have a secondary wallet from somewhere else anyway. Do not bother, very untrustworthy.

Endless advantage points on this app. Great swapping app Highly recommend Cons: sometimes I get signed out when I re open the app an I have to sign back in. Wish they would fix this.! ( kinda scares me) Does not show your balance under whatever crypto you have in the market. You have to go into your assets to see it. You can’t change the percentage change to the last price or your equity or today’s return or total return. But you can see these if you click and go into it. Very smooth , fast , easy functioning layout. Takes a couple days to get used to the way it works. But it’s really comfortable the way the assets are set up. Tons of crypto all at the touch of a finger. Most of the newest cryptos are on here too. And the buy/sell and swapping is instant. I love this app. Really really good app I’d prefer it over Robinhood honestly. Lots of coin info on the statistics page and vivid graphs to read

Never had issues with deposit or withdrawal

I’ve seen a lot of reviews regarding withdraws and deposits. I wish I could post pictures of a flawless account, but the review doesn’t let me. I have had ZERO issues with withdrawal or deposits. None of my money has gone missing (except for a couple bad scam coins) when you withdrawal your money BitMart provides a detailed list, step-by-step, follow it and you should have no issues. Including the proper memo is key. Also, my favorite way to withdrawal is from BitMart to Coinbase direct to my bank. I typically convert everything I’m cashing out to Stellar Lumens XLM. Its very quick and typically low fees, then send to Coinbase, then cash out, then deposit to bank using method of choice ( instant or not instant) I truly believe if you had issues cashing out then you didn’t follow directions, provide proper memo, or used a wrong address. Triple check your steps before you send the loot. I recommend sending a smaller amount first as a test to ensure you have the steps properly completed.
