Fixed Search results detail button not displaying Shift Detail

Resolved bug where Assignments could not be edited when an employee lacked a compliance expiration date. Updated the Assignment Positions picker to accommodate longer position names. Fixed the Assignments OnCall feature being editable after the current day. Enhanced iOS 26 compatibility on some screens.

The maximum date for the Create Shift feature can now be adjusted dependent on server configuration.

Added toast message regarding expired compliance for a given assignment date. Fixed Push Notification registration on initial app start (previously Push Notifications would only be received on subsequent application starts).
