After attaining a 60% win level, I am now going through a 2 week period where I’m playing at the 20% level. Even when playing opponents at the entry level of difficulty, I’m losing 80% of the time. This is just too extreme to be a coincidence. I believe the motivation is for you to buy their coins, so you can keep playing at the higher levels against opponents who are buying coins. I’ve been gammoning for 20 years! It’s an Israeli company.

I am an extremely experienced player, so it’s clear to see on the dice rolls that they are controlling you, in 1 game, the ppponent had 5 of his pieces hit, only opening he could land on was 4, he rolled 2x4’s and then another 2x4’s and then 2,6 (3 times in a row) and I ended up losing….. so this would never ever happen in real life, you are not playing against the opponent but cheating dice who will force you to lose, especially if you start to buy coins now, I spent $1.99 to be able to try the other boards, and the dice became significantly worse, and I went to lose 5 games in a row, all due to unfair dice. Backgammon is about taking chances, but when everytime you take a chance and the opponent rolls that impassible dice and literally every time gets you, it ruins the game, as you can’t take chances anymore, also I noticed if I get hit, and the opponent has all free spaces I can land except 6th row, I keep rolling 2x6’s 3 times in a row, when before or after I don’t ever roll any doubles. It’s extremely one sided and it’s frankly frustrating, it’s supposed to be fun and relaxing, not upsetting and angering you… I can call the dice based on what I need but won’t get, and what opponent needs and will get, like I called the opponent rolling the perfect combo dice maybe 10 times over 80/%, I pasted over 20 games to be sure it wasn’t just me, but the cheating is obvious abd on average I rolled double 1.3 times where the opponent rolled doubles 6 times on avg over 20 games.

If you wanna be constantly cheated out of winning games join onto this backgammon gaming platform.. game cheats.. how can you play professionally 10-15 games and lose ALL? Yet the people who you playing with playing like trash? It’s like come on.. you ain’t bout to get what you think you gone get. I legit can say watch a person need a combination and get it.. you’ll be like watch this person get ‘5/2’ it isn’t fair enough. Thanks but no thanks I kept redownloading after being frustrated so much but that last time was the last time I can’t deal with the unfairness of the computers running this game. I would legit block this game out my App Store but apple doesn’t allow it.. this game cheats so hard like I can not even believe it.. maybe one or two things fine but almost everything you do you cant win. Terrible awful cheating game and it glitches like no other!!! I lost many games due to it glitching and closing out on me when I’m trying to play!!!!!! I hate this game passionately it makes me mad every single day! Devilish I say😤 People got millions and me with 40k can’t even win one game within 10 games .. naw I’m good . Terrible game

In the past, if a game glitched, customer support was responsive and helpful.In the last year, the support has changed. They have cut-and-paste responses that rarely apply to the issue.The longer you play (and higher your level), the lower your rewards on the daily bonus spinner and weekly leaderboard challenge.I don’t buy points for online games. I win or lose. Orodragon posts which prizes will be awarded for weekly rankings (by percentage: top 10%, 10-20%, etc) in the world, by country, by team. Lately, I’ve noticed that I’ve earned $100k bonus for being in the 10-20% range, yet only awarded $50k. I contacted customer support daily. I double-checked to verify my award level (days into the next leaderboard challenge), and I had earned $100k by the previous week’s challenge AND by the current week’s challenge. After two attempts with customer service to get the earned reward, I received a generic response about changes to awards with the “entertainment” of me, the customer in mind. The award STILL had not changed. I submitted a third request, and they reduced my award bracket by 50%, then sent me the same generic answer as before.Does Orodragon (or any game platform) have to obey basic, turn-of-the-20th-century “bait and switch” laws? How can they publish one thing and do another?
