Lack of respect and manners
Disclaimer: My review is based on my experience with the team in Egypt.
They’re not trusted and they lack respect to customers. They’re negligent and you can never trust them with managing your finances. The team in Egypt has the worst customer service and the worst management skills, starting from the country manager and the sales executive as they both were involved. They wasted my time for a couple of months and changed the contract after I signed and sent it to them. When I sent a message or called them, they never answered most of the time. I decided to seek an alternative after a struggle for a couple of months. The market in Egypt is full of much much better alternatives by the way, in terms of customer support and respect, and the technical features as well.
Today, after I wrote a review about them on Facebook - and I have the right to express my opinion about the service as a customer -, I was verbally attacked in public by one of their team asking me to shut up after calling me “an individual negative case”. I wish they would learn how to behave and simply respect customers.
I was not to write a review here, but after the verbal attack and the disrespect I received today in public, I felt compelled to let you guys know.
