Aplicación para clientes de Audax Renovables. Con esta aplicación podrás tener acceso a tu área de clientes de manera fácil e intuitiva. Podrás consultar tus facturas, descargarlas, enviarlas por email, whatsapp o guardarlas. Con la aplicación oficial de Audax Renovables para clientes de luz y gas tendrás a tu disposición:
- Acceso rápido con tu usuario y contraseña: tu Área de Clientes 24h a tu disposición.
- Acceso a todas tus facturas asociadas a tu usuario, tanto de luz como de gas.
- Podrás filtrar tus facturas por CUPS para que te resulte más fácil de identificar cualquier documento
- Crea una consulta nueva asociada a una factura o a un tema general.
- Te notificaremos cuando te respondamos a la consulta para que puedas estar al día de tus consultas.
- Recibirás alertas cuando se generen tus facturas
- Chat online para poder hacer consultas en tiempo real, desde tu dispositivo móvil en cualquier parte
- Podrás consultar tus notificaciones y te llegará una alerta para que sepas cuando tienes una nueva
- Si tienes contratada una tarifa plana podrás consultar tu informe
- Tendrás a tu disposición el Origen de la energía
- Podrás visualizar, descargar, enviarte a tu email o a cualquier dispositivo tus facturas, con tan sólo un click. La gestión de tus facturas será mucho más sencilla
