I enjoy the access afforded with the app though there are a couple of places you aren’t able to make changes under the SALES>SALES ORDERS tab: cannot alter these items- shipped qty, order stage. Also, the customer address does not show. Still, I enjoy its use.

The app is decent, but with no auto update on the cache it is difficult to ensure your getting the most updated information every time you open the app. Also with a growing company to update the cache takes longer and longer. There are also some functionalities that the website has that the app doesn’t that would be useful. Such as the items showing that they are on a PO but you’re not able to click on the PO or SO to show what PO they are on. So updating some features and the automatic cache would be nice to have.

I like SOS quite a bit but I feel like the user interface on the app is not as straightforward and well designed as it could be. Though I will say it is nice that there is full functionality. A better user interface would result in 5/5 star.
Mobile app is terrible

Mobile app is terrible going on several years. Auto cache update is a must yet they refuse to implement it. If you want to waste an hour waiting on the cache to update this is the app for you. Terrible!
Various bug fixes and improvements, including:
'Preview Adjustment' in Physical Inventory no longer causes crashes, and the Physical Inventory tool now displays lots that exists in multiple bins accurately.
Added an option to approve purchase orders on mobile.
Cancelling the transaction email process no longer causes the user to get stuck on a loading screen.
Fixed an error in the lot list that caused it not to populate.
Fixed an error in sales receipt list that caused it not to add a new entry on save.
Physical Inventory tool now returns location-specific lot quantities.
The user no longer gets a blank screen on serial selection lists.
