This app is virtually useless now. The only reason I hang onto it is because it lets me sort unfollowers in oldest to newest order.i used to love this app and have used it for at least two yrs. I receive “rate limit exceeded” when I tap on the first name to followback. I have to go to Twitter to follow back. The charts don’t work most all of the time. I don’t know if the app creator sold it or gave up on it.

I had the previous version, which I held onto and resisted upgrading until I got a new device because I hate subscription pricing. So finally I have in and decided I'd try a year. This new version is prettier, I'll grant you rusty, but there's no real new useful new functionality that the old version didn't have. Worse, the new version is slow, slow, slow as molasses when updating my Twitter follower statistics. (I have just under 20K followers.) I literally launch the app, walk away a few minutes, and come back to see the results. It's that slow.Unless the usability is improved at least to that of the previous version and significant new useful functionality added, I highly doubt that I will be renewing my subscription when it expires next year. I'm already looking for alternatives. It's a shame, because this app used to be really good.

This app is so frustrating. I use it for my business pages and I find that I have to sign in every other day. My info is not saved (despite checking that option) and in the process, it freezes mid log in... so I’ll get the email notifying me I allowed access, but I’m stuck on the same page. I’ve contacted them before, multiple times, about the constant log ins, but I never received an answer. Overall, I’d rather pay a bit more to monitor the accounts. This one is far from accurate and I’d often have to double check, as it would have me unfollow people who were followers as well as not update right away. I’d see a change in numbers and then not be notified of who I lost until several hours later. Find a better app!

Honestly, I tend to stay away from these types of apps; mostly cuz I think all are scams and spams but said why not try anyway. I downloaded a bunch of these apps and deleted the ones that were gawd awful. Surprisingly, this was not one of those. For this app, this has features that you would have to buy in a few apps I downloaded which is a main reason why I love this app. I you want to unlock the rest of the other features, you do have to pay for those, but for the free features, it certainly gets the job done!
