I have TWS330NB earbuds which have worked well since I bought them 4 months ago. Two days ago they suddenly wouldn’t connect and weren’t even discoverable from either my iPhone or Mac. I deleted and reinstalled the app, rebooted the phone to no avail. I noticed that the app was updated 2 days ago. Hard to think it’s just a coincidence. Bug in the app??? If so, needs quick fix because my buds are useless now.UPDATE: discovered problem. I finally discovered the “button “ which had been all but invisible to me. I had connected my buds somehow when I first bought them without benefit of the button. After finding it I was able to make my buds discoverable and reconnect. So not app’s fault and I’m up rating it to 4 stars. Not 5 as I would love an equalizer on it.

This app is good to see what percentage your headphones especially when you can see it on your Lock Screen. But that’s cons of this app is 1. My headphones would disconnect randomly but it says it’s connected on settings (it doesn’t happen a lot but it still shouldn’t). 2. On the part on the lock screen where you can see the percentage it would disconnect or ask to allow it to do that. 3. I’ve had to redownload this app 3 times now because it would disconnect my headphones and not register, so when that happens I can’t change the modes my headphones are on like noises cancellation or game mode. Every irritating when that happens and I’m tired of having to redownload this app. 4. You can only have an account on one device and won’t connect to another once you put the app on your phone, I’d would like to pair my headphones with my laptop as well but I can’t. Definitely need some improvements to this product and app.

I love fit, I can wear all day with no discomfort.The custom sound option can literally make or break your opinion of these. I found a preset someone shared on Reddit for my W240TN’s ( which are my go to with that preset for watching movies on tablet) but these are really good as well. I like being able to customize my control individually on each bud and even playing around changing the color of the charging light.I am big on only wearing one at a time during the day at work and these by far have the best mic quality I’ve experienced out of the 10 or 11 different earbuds I have.I still have some tweaking to, I’m sure there is probably a better custom sound for these specifically but overall these and my W240TN’s are by far the best quality, sounding and stacked with options buds I’ve owned

These headphones and the app are a huge let down. I have had several bad experiences with sudden powering down, to reconnect issues. They randomly power off and having to forget the device on my iphone 15 pro max, so they can re-establish connection. These over ear headphones are weak in terms of sound control and volume being to low in my opinion. No mic control to speak of in the app, and there is no way to turn the microphones off. So for all you know this device is recording your conversation every time you power it on. Not ideal for privacy/security, they really need to go back to the drawing board on these. That is the reason for the not so possitive review. On the other hand these headphones have amazing battery life and charging capabilities. I just hope they can figure out the volume issue and microphone issues in the app and the headphones. The noise cancellation is decent but not perfect, the ambient noise function sounded like static, and the gamer mode did imrove latency issues.
