Use the Next Gen App to easily find and book group fitness classes that interest you and appointments with our staff. You’ll receive smart reminders to help you remember your appointments. Monitor your progress, calories, heart rate, MOVEs, and MOVERGY. Track your physical activity by connecting your heart rate monitor, Apple Health, or devices such as Garmin, Suunto, Polar, Withings, Swimtag, Strava, Runkeeper, MyFitnessPal, MapMyFitness, and FitBit. You’ll find your progress and MOVEs, a unit that objectively measures how active you are, in your Wellness Passport.
