First Alert now supports Critical Alerts

This version addresses an issue with text messages not being sent.

A new and improved user interface. The app now adjusts colors based on your device's day/night mode settings. A banner now appears on mobile devices when notifications for FirstAlert are disabled on the local device, alerting the user that emergency notifications may not be delivered. Automated message when an incident is created. Easier Access to the map of an incident in progress.

Mobile enhancements: • Users can now access open incidents from a new menu option. This allows users to access open incidents happening in locations related to them and they previous closed them on the mobile application. Portal changes: • Users now need to have global admin permissions to update the call interval for a premise. • The interval label used to control when new calls in the computer aided dispatch system is more descriptive and includes help text. • Users can now view messages for closed incidents within the portal. Also include minor bug fixes and quality of life changes.

A new incident in progress page look and feel. Fixed issue of announcements not appearing when on the screen without refreshing. Open incidents are checked during login.

o Added the ability to view past announcements for a building. o New push notification technology to notify users. o Users are taken directly to the Incident In-Progress page when selecting a notification. o The Incident In-Progress page has been enhanced to display the type of incident and a location link displays a map when selected. o Users can access an incident that is in progress at their premise location and provide additional information CAD users for the open incident.
