I wanted to manage the wallpaper images I’d selected and stored to my disk, but this ddoesn’t do that. It only grabs images from the specifically named sites.

Doesn't change unless you restart your computer. Show on all spaces doesn’t work. When I switch from laptop to external monitor the wallpaper changes. The default wallpaper is “Fill Screen” no matter what I do. Nothing works.
