As much as I know they don’t read the handwriting on the wall, I’m still in shocked on how they run their service when it comes to verifying you for account limit increase. They keep asking you the same thing back n forth.It happened that I sent money from Dukascopy and unfortunately I’ve reached my limit, this bank took one month to waste my time to verify me and at the end still rejected the money back to the sender bank, now this unfortunate thing is the sender bank has been deactivated and I presently stand the chance of either loosing or not loosing my funds as the sender bank can legally claim they didn’t see any incoming transaction. Going further y’all should learn to protect your customers, limit your checks to what is feasible to provide. And stop making banking a rocket science. Though if I loose funds I might need to press charges. Still hoping I don’t.

Once account was created I transferred 20 euro to test the speed of the Transaction, then I transferred 3 funds of total 8k euro, they didn’t credit and asked for proof and source of funds. And as I am employed with a worldwide company and well know industry sector, I provided the necessary in 5 emails and 5 reminders and also in their chat system I attached all documents and still waiting , they answer you in the chat one time in ages and keep asking for proofs as they don’t check their emails or do their job … very bad bank … not recommended for young people and youth.
