item stop working after last update for IOS deleted the app its not working no tec support and they do seem to want to fix the problem aand only want android users

Since the update to the new app my devices keep getting disconnected. This was never an issue until the app changed. It’s ANNOYING. They’re not fixing it it’s been months literally since the app was updated to this new design/platform. It’s unreliable and just annoying.
