Terrible experience

The app keeps having issues with credit cards. Sometimes it can’t process payment, sometimes it says it can’t find the credit card, when it’s already there.This makes it frustrating, seems like whenever I try to use a scooter I get payment issues. Support will tell you there is a problem with certain credit cards, tell you to use another credit card or say that they are fixing it. Doesn’t matter how many credit cards and different flags I use (Mastercard, Visa..), it’s always the same.

The app keeps having issues with credit cards. Sometimes it can’t process payment, sometimes it says it can’t find the credit card, when it’s already there.This makes it frustrating, seems like whenever I try to use a scooter I get payment issues. Support will tell you there is a problem with certain credit cards, tell you to use another credit card or say that they are fixing it. Doesn’t matter how many credit cards and different flags I use (Mastercard, Visa..), it’s always the same.

Good but annoying that you have drop it off at specific locations.

Was a good scooter, but the fact that you have to leave it in a specific location kind of defeats the purpose because I got the scooter to go a three block ride and then when I got there, I had to drive another two blocks to park in a approved parking location.

This is done to maintain order on the city streets. So scooters will not be scattered anywhere, but will remain only in specially designated places. We show all parking lots before the start of the rental, so that you can plan your route in advance

Whoosh has so many competitors globally, but there are no alternatives in Brazil? There should be more entrants to this market, because their app is at least 10 years behind other scooters like Bird, Lime, and Spin.1. Payments take at least 24 hours to process. This issue has been in reviews for over a year and still no solution. If they can’t figure out how to adjudicate payments, then maybe pass the duty to a 3rd party that can like Square?2. Scooters will turn off or slow down when outside of a slow zone. It seems there is a GPS tracking issue where the scooter can’t figure out where it is located?3. Sometimes I have to try several times to end a ride, close and re-open app. If I have an issue with the scooter I am currently using and want to switch scooters, then no luck because the payment will not process, forcing me to wait 24 hours for another rental. This has left me stranded several times where I need to use Uber. Very expensive!

We never leave mistakes and defects without attention, but it always takes time to solve them. Below we will answer the same point by point, so as not to miss anything. 1 Payments. In such situations, we recommend trying to restart the app, turn aviremode on and off, and it's worth switching the speed through the app. If it doesn't help - you are welcome to deal with it in chat. 3. I should be able to look at map before registering to know I there are any around me. Cause I don't want to give you my phone number and go thru registering without even knowing if you have bikes around my area.

Cant look at map without registration

I should be able to look at map before registering to know I there are any around me. Cause I don't want to give you my phone number and go thru registering without even knowing if you have bikes around my area.
