I stumbled upon this series by chance, and they’ve been so meaningful and helpful to me. these books are incredibly impactful and so beautiful and genuine. any literature lover, avid reader, poet, or any person with an appreciation for words will love these books. to be able to carry part of them in my pocket is amazing. this app does only have a few selected poems from the books, but they filter through them, and give you a good understanding of each book to see if maybe you want to buy a hard copy. i recommend this app 100%!!!

I stopped in Barnes & Noble in front of the poem section because I’d never seen so many copies of one book. I mean there were probably 15 copies of just Pillow Thoughts. I picked up and thumbed through. I read every single page I turned to. Instant connection. I left with three different books of Courtney’s collection. This app is wonderful. I love seeing poems I’ve forgotten with time. The aesthetic of the app is gorgeous, as well. So glad to see the growth of my favorite poet. Will be recommending the app to my friends and family.

The whole concept of the app is so so special. The idea of waking up everyday and reading a new poem by Courtney is genuis. Not everyone has time to pick up a book, find a poem that could connect to their circumstances. These quotes that appear on our phones daily are possible efforts to make our day brighter, give us a little hope, give us a hand to guide our hearts towards healing or simply being more grateful. Love this app, and everything it provides for us, from Courtney and the pillow thoughts books. <3

My sister had first brought the book and had allowed me to read it before she did (only during the time she was preoccupied with her work haha). I read a handful of poems and it took a bit for my sister to pry the book out of my hands haha for her to read. I was belated to find out that there was an app for all of Courtney’s poem, and it is something I get to carry and look at throughout the day when I need a bit of a pick-me-up or just listen to my self in midst of the busy-ness of a day.
