Hate it!!! This app is still showing offers from 2019. Its now March 2021. The app is Offering expired deals, nothing is up to date, and The server goes out when you attempt to pay your bill online. Someone on their tech team needs to fix this. Especially now having new owners who prefer the app. Calling them is such a inconvenience and very time consuming as well. It may be Even worse than the app...You get transferred at least 2 times after already waiting about 30 minutes with the operator. Id prefer not to waste an hour on the phone every-time when i need to pay my bill !!! Please UPDATE THIS APP WESTGATE!!

With each new release it just keeps getting worse!! You would think with all of the money Westgate makes off of us owners they would hire an app developer that actually knows what they’re doing!! I haven’t been able to use the app in months because it’s so horrible. I don’t know which 5 year old they hired to design and update their app but they need to pony up some real money and hire someone who actually knows how to design a functional app that is helpful and useful to owners!! Beyond frustrated!!

I have been a Westgate owner since 2017 and just downloaded the App. However, like many things with Westgate, it looks good from far but closer inspection reveals issues. The biggest one is this App functionality is low and many pages won’t load and result in an 2 message. For example, while on the resort and trying to view details of my stay, I continuously received an error message and was not able to access the resort schedules for activities and had to resort to printed copies.
