Nibol 6.0 makes planning your office days more convenient. We’ve refreshed the interface, improved app speed and introduced a native iOS navigation bar. See fully booked days and office closures right from Home, without opening the calendar. You’ll also find the weather for your favorite office location, helping you prepare for the day. Add colleagues to your favorites and use them to filter the calendar. It’s easier to find days when you’ll be in the office together. Company announcements are now available in the app, with updates to read or questions to answer. You can also browse your notification history to find messages you want to revisit. You can now view the rules and settings your administrators have applied to your account. And to make Nibol fit your preferences, you can choose your time format and the first day of the week.

The new feature that allows you to edit a reservation in your office is now available. Starting from today you will be able to edit the specifics of a reservation, such as time, day, and entity. • We have improved the experience of receiving email communication when a user makes multiple bookings. • We fixed a bug that prevented the correct display of Wi-Fi information on spaces on demand after booking. • We fixed the summary of details displayed on a reservation on office entities

We have improved the experience of receiving email communication when the user makes multiple bookings. They will now receive one overall email of all booking details, rather than as many emails as bookings created.

Discount codes are available for booking on-demand spaces, such as co-working spaces, meeting rooms, and private offices. Entering the code during the payment process will result in a discount on the final price.

We have changed the payment flow of a reservation. The time of charge is now scheduled at minus 4 hours before the start of the reservation. This is to simplify back-office operations.

Set your default time for bookings. Under Settings, you can now personalize the default start and end times for your bookings at the office. Improvements: • We listened to your feedback and have simplified the selection of start and end times for booking, using the native time picker of iOS.

Book anything, not only desk or meeting rooms. Create new categories of bookable entities and add them to your spaces. Bookings for these new custom entities will overlap with existing desk, park, and meeting room bookings.
