Specifically addressed issues that were causing intermittent disconnects and bugs related to pairing to multiple devices in a row. - Fixes to the Hotspot firmware update process to keep device paired after the Hotspot enters Bootloader mode.

Map updates - The map now supports MGRS locations in addition to longitude/latitude. Resources, planes, and helicopters are now shown in the map with their appropriate icons. Network Control - Performance improvements to the user list and other minor settings improvements. Endurance Mode - Endurance Mode is a new hardware setting that changes how frequently devices check the satellite connection for new messages from every 60 seconds to every 30 minutes, allowing the device to save battery between checks.

iOS now supports GovCloud and on-premises deployments. - Sign in or sign up by scanning a workspace QR code - team members can generate these codes in-app or on the web app to quickly onboard new users to the correct server environment.

Rotate your mesh keys to enhance network security, and web admins can control radio channels. - Admins can rotate the mesh key to improve network security - all devices will adopt the new key while you track adoption. operators can check the Key Phrase to quickly verify everyone is using on the same secure channel. You should know, the traffic key itself is *never* transmitted over any network; it is securely derived on each device. - Administrators can manage which Radio Channels are available. Removing or selecting different regional channels will affect which channels are available in your hardware settings. - Fixed occasional device resets that would occur if changing settings rapidly.

iOS 3.4.0 introduces Split Tracking Intervals - allowing you to customize the frequency of location tracking depending on your connectivity and share your location more often over higher bandwidth channels. Once you upgrade your Somewear to a supporting firmware (Node 3.27.17 or Hotspot 3.9.16), you’ll be able to independently set your tracking interval for higher-bandwidth connections vs. satellite-only interval. On Node, users in the same mesh as you will see your location refresh at your high-bandwidth rate. The new tracking intervals available are: Mesh / Cell tracking: 5 seconds, 15s, 30s, 1 minute, 5 minutes. Satellite tracking: 5 seconds, 15s, 30s, 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10m, 20m, 30m, 60m (1 hour).

Additionally, iOS will now support Workspace Default Settings. Defaults can be configured by an Administrator and will be automatically set when you join a Workspace. You’ll still be able to change your own settings; if you do, you’ll see a button at the top of your hardware settings pane to restore default settings. Additional changes & bug fixes: - Improved data security with additional encryption applied to mobile device data. - A crash would sometimes occur shortly after pairing a device, we have now fixed that. - Sometimes while pairing to a device, the pairing state would appear stuck. Now, it doesn’t. In other circumstances, the device’s name would present incorrectly - that’s also been fixed. - We addressed an issue that would sometimes occur in the background on the messaging screen and case a behind-the-scenes crash. - Improvements made to mesh membership UI: list updates more efficiently, appropriately shows double-digit membership.

With this release, we’ve added the ability to leave a workspace. Select any non-active workspace from the list, then tap “Leave Workspace”; data will be deleted immediately from your mobile device. We’ve also made a handful of other improvements: 1. It’s easier to join new workspaces - you’ll find a new button below your active workspace. 2. A paired Node will now show a charging indicator when its powered. 3. Bluetooth auto-reconnection has been improved. 4. “Send current location” button has been moved behind a (+) button to the left of the text field on messages to avoid accidental taps. 5. There was a bug preventing you from downloading offline maps - fixed in this update.
