「shouin+」は、動画を主としたマニュアルや、業務内容に関するクイズとチェックリストによって新人スタッフの業務習得を効率化し即戦力となることを支援するクラウドサービスです。社会問題として深刻化している人材不足の影響により、新しい人材はもちろん、新人を教育できるスタッフもまた人手が足りない状況です。「shouin+」はスタッフがセルフトレーニングできる動画を主とした仕組みを設計し、OJTの時短と効率化を実現することで、新人スタッフのモチベーションアップと教育担当スタッフの負担軽減に繋がります。
また、本社は各店舗や人材のトレーニング状況を管理画面で可視化することができ、店舗管理業務も支援します。動画の共有やクイズ、チェックリストの作成・編集も簡単にでき、新商品やキャンペーンなどに関する新しい業務内容を手間なく一括で全店舗に配布することが可能になります。スタッフの進捗状況やアンケートなどから各コンテンツの改善を行うことで、本社からの一方的なマニュアル支給ではなく、スタッフと共に会社全体で店舗運営を効率的に行なう意識が芽生えます。
現場と本社を繋ぎ、よりよい店舗運営を支援することを目的としています。
