update feb 1 still logged out perhaps the issue is with your new release and qa process. it seems you are releasing new logout regressions with each update . this can perhaps be addressed by testing every new release for this behavior and considering it a showstopper. Please consider this as a process improvement suggestion with huge user value. ps be advised your previous support suggestion did not resolve the issue previous review:can you please fix your app finally? i have to login everytime i open the app since years . i have troubleshooted and looked if it is a user error. it is not . i checked all settings and reinstalled many times but nothing fixes it. i am using an iphone 15 which works with other apps. so please just fix the bug. logging users out constantly is not acceptable.

This app ist not horrible to use. Constantly logs itself out. Designed to empower teachers over parents. Signal is 10x better.

Trotz korrekten Einstellungen erzeugt die App keine Notifikationen. Wenn ich die App öffne, erhalte ich dann einen Schwall Nachrichten. Dies ist nicht sinnvoll - da hier teilweise auch kurzfristig reagiert werden soll - und zudem wider der Logik einer Benachrichtigung (diese sollte nicht „abgeholt“ werfen müssen).
