My wife has signs of early dementia and playing your game keeps her mind active and is very enjoyable. Adding the ability to select the word in any direction is well appreciated. One suggestion I would make is to add an option to lock or disable the bottom menu items. It’s too easy to accidentally change the background, size or color while playing. Thanks for a fun game we can play together.

Fab game w/ lagniappe

It was absolutely great to have found a word search that I can play casually by turning the timer off. The bonus for me was having the ability to change the font size and/or color. The sheer number of them is staggering and it’s refreshing to see the developer stays on top of the app. The ability to create our own cross words was lagniappe, also. I’m not sure if there’s a method to save the creation but it is fun. The only minus is that the games freeze as I’ve had to play a few games several times to have them show as complete. With that being the only caveat, this game is my addiction and a calming distraction.

Good game for mindless play

Works well, but needs a arrow button for the online games to take one to the first puzzle not completed. Currently one jumps out by tens and then has to jump by one screen at a time to find the last puzzle completed.With newer iPads that don’t have a home button, to get out of the app one must slide your finger up from the bottom of the screen. This instantly changes background, size, color, etc. which is annoying after getting everything set the way you want it to appear. Each time enter the game requires resetting these settings.

Fun with the occasional bug

I play this game often and enjoy it. Sometimes there’s a space in the grid and there’s no way to complete that particular game. I just skip that one and go on to the next. And sometimes a search word is too long to be displayed. You can figure out what the word is supposed to be (as long as it’s spelled correctly) but in a game based on pattern matching, not being able to see the full pattern is a disadvantage. Other than that, I really like this app and appreciate the customizable interface!

Hi there. Thank you for your nice rating and constructive feedback! A "kness" bug was just fixed (we can upgrade the words without a need to update the app). About highlighting words in both directions - we might add this as an option in settings menu in some future update, thank you for suggestion! Yes the game is timed, but you can also turn off a timer. Please visit settings from the main menu screen to turn on/off a relax mode that has no time limit. Thank you for all your suggestions and ideas, we will work hard on improving our game!:) EDIT April 1 2023: We released a new update in which you can highlight words in either direction and improved some things, so please update your app :)
