Minor update for some behind the scenes magic

Fixed a crash in iOS 15.1 and fixed the layout of the Patient List screen

We squashed a bug that was not allowing new registration cards and check-in to be created at the same time. We also made it easier to check-out patients who visit in kiosk mode.

We now allow you to check-in adults, patients and children separately to track more detail. This is an optional feature. Happy Tracking!

Fixed an issue with the room manager display in Detailed Check-in Mode and fine tuning.

This update includes many new features including expanded gender selections and 2 new modes. The new modes are kiosk and detailed mode. Kiosk mode locks the application room visits screen and forces a visitor to search during check out for privacy. Detailed mode allows you to check in every name and track each separate person in a family. We also fixed a few bugs and adjusted things behind the scenes to continue adding features and flexibility.

Just a little house cleaning. We changed a few icons, added a pin for Registration Card access, exposed Visitors First name so it is easier to find and moved the check-in button.
