Easy to create an order and good choices of merchants

I ordered a pickup and prepaid for the service. The driver told me he wouldn’t pick up from my building. I emailed Pickupp. They said they don’t provide refund. That’s their “policy”. They didn’t perform the service and took my money!!! What kind of policy is that! The worst service provider I have ever used.
