It’s really easy use, easy access to all the workouts that I’ll be doing through the eight weeks. It has a tab for all of it. There’s also a grocery shopping list and I can easily see my meals with the workout I’ll be doing for the day in the same screen.

I had really good hopes , but your will waste your times , she spends more time talking and setting up her equipment than showing the workout, plus the the quality and audio are pretty bad.

Voy a ser honesta con mi review, compré un plan y la verdad me encanta y lo he llevado muy bien. Pero la reseña no es por el plan, es por la aplicación. Hoy por la mañana al abrir la aplicación me pide nuevamente que haga log in. Pero no me deja o no me permite hacer click en entrar. Así que no puedo acceder a mis planes porque no me da esa opción. ( se exactamente cuál es mi correo, y cuál es mi contraseña) así que ese no es el problema Solo no me deja hacer click en la opción de entrar. 🥺Es la tercera vez que sucede en menos de 3 semanas.
