This app is so strange to navigate and I can’t figure out the point.. the challenges are pretty basic. It’s all manual and it doesn’t track good info like Strava did. There’s no personal feed to share/track your photos or posts. The quizzes constantly freeze and randomly assign zero points even if you’ve gotten answers correct. I hope my company moves back to Strava. I can’t even fathom why they would pick an app with such bad ratings. It’s also not just the app that is awful. The web page doesn’t work either. Whenever you click on an article a 404 error message comes up and most of the webinars and articles that do open are in French despite my selection being in the USA.

While we can't connect directly with Strava due to their policy, we do support various other apps and can link via Apple Health. Please refer to our FAQ for more information. Horrible App
Over this sh****
I’m going to try this app again after I reinstall it. I’ve sent numerous emails to have my steps updated correctly and to fix my dates. I get the same response from someone on the other end saying everything has been fixed and updated. And every time I check it still INCORRECT! I’m doing this for work and I’m just going to have to let my management team know this app is just not cutting it.

Doesn’t work

Everytime I try logging or or even signing up it says I have an account (probably from the first attempt) and then goes back to the same log in page. It doesn’t do anything. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. App is broke.

I would highly recommend that companies do not use this for a competition. The cheating that occurs is off the charts and United Hero's does a terrible job of managing it. I’ve never experienced such mismanagement.

Hello Fierce6645, Thank you for your feedback. The purpose of our experience is to motivate as many people as possible to practice physical activity. And this, whatever the sport. The challenges and rankings are there to help motivate you. Many sports can be added manually, and we cannot effectively ask the user for proof. The goal is to promote physical activity as much as possible, whether you have a device with GPS or not. Our way of calculating points balances all sports so that everyone is valued in their activity. But you’re right, some users do not respect sportsmanship and try to cheat: please note that we are doing everything possible to avoid this thanks to an automatic procedure that spots too long, too repetitive, or unrealistic activities. We regularly modify the App to make it better. This new version contains some improvement on the social feeds, you can now see who added a reaction to your message and to which team they belong. Some minor bugs were also fixed.
