DCM Viewer is a lightweight viewer for medical DICOM images, It provides analysis tools and a user interface to view, analyze, and register volumetric medical imaging data sets.
The application also provides the QuickLook plugin for Mac OS X that allows to have a thumbnail of a DICOM as an icon instead of generic one. When you trigger QuickLook it displays the preview of DICOM files.
