On the erg:
Attach the phone to the handle and the pod to the seat (C2) or frame (RP3 or C2 on slides) to analyze your indoor rowing technique.
The Virtual Coach assesses your rowing rhythm and style and gives an overall technique index. If you prefer you can also check the full data of the handle vs seat speeds in detail yourself, every stroke.
In the boat:
Attach the phone to your foot stretcher to see SPM, speed, distance and boat acceleration. Add a separate Quiske Pod to your oar or seat to analyze your full rowing technique. See the full flight path of the oar, during the drive and recovery. What is your oar angle and the timing of your catch?

Switch between different views and graphs for detailed instant feedback, every single stroke.
You can also record the data and upload it to the Quiske web portal for closer analysis. One year access to the web portal is complimentary with the purchase of a pod.
