I love playing this game but the big issue with it is that within a few minutes of playing, the game crashes and kicks me off every single time I play it. I play this game every single day and it crashes within a matter of minutes. I will be in the middle of watching a video to get extra food items or to try and win dice and right before the video plays or in the middle of it, the game shuts down and kicks me off and I lose what I am trying to get. Another issue is when I spin the wheel to try to win 25 dice or whatever, every single time it only gives me one or 2 dice. It never goes above 1 or 2 dice. Its quite frustrating. There needs to be a better way at winning more dice. Those are my only 2 issues with this game and would appreciate it if you will fix the crash problem and have better chances at winning more dice. When we ask teammates for xtra dice, it only lets us send/receive 1 dice. Can yall please allow teammates to send more than 1 dice? The game would be a lot mote fun. Also, one last request, can yall make it to where we have better chances at landing on a space for a shield. There’s not enough dice to place higher bets most of the time to be able to have more chances at landing on the 1 and only space offering a shield. There needs to be more than 1 space to labd on to get shields. There’s a lot of us who are having problems with these issues. It would be much appreciated if yall can update the game fixing the constant crashing and other issues mentioned above. We luv the game but would like the dice issue and shield issue to have better chances than not. Thank you.

I REALLY love this game! Definitely play it several times a day... however it's starting to get less and less enjoyable. Starting out, it's very fast paced and easy to earn dice, coins, food, and new cards... but over time everything becomes more and more difficult to obtain, the rewards are fewer and everything is super limited which makes it less fun being that it starts out as being such a fun and fast paced game! Getting to the higher levels you start to get the same cards over and over, barely get any dice, food is more and more scarce and hard to get, everything costs way more coins, and the only way to get anything really is to spend money. And I do! I spend money on this game on an almost daily basis, so when I'm not getting the rewards I've actually spent money on it makes me want to just give up and delete the game altogether... I'll keep playing for now but I think that time might be coming to an end if these issues aren't resolved..

This app is using a fake support chat and is currently not inside full agreement terms to be used by iOS users. That chat support box was never placed with intent to assist and may sound crazy but apple let it slip under their nose. We have been speaking with no one the whole time and the game knows it. That’s why they don’t reference any agent ID or names in chats, they are expecting people to discontinue app use or take us in circles but I will be contacting local news outlets as well. Apple is allowing its users to be scammed by simply not making sure these third parties are holding up their end of the agreements. It’s wild!!!!Update- still no reimbursement of gems stolen. They responded on Facebook with the date and time of my purchase then advised me to request a refund from apple, completely ignoring video evidence of malfunctioning game that took over 300 gems. No apology or accountability and then advised that I was to wait and use the gems anyway since the payment for my purchase showed pending from my account at the moment I went clicked (all payments show pending for some time no matter who the merchant is, anyone who uses debit or credit cards know they don’t just process the very second u click pay!). I said ok then that only proves further technical issues on their behalf. Still no resolution..it’s awful treatment and I don’t deserve this.

You WILL rage quit!! Creators pay no attention to customers complaints and ignore all questions.. Lottery event didn’t pay out to half the players.. Now opportunity for reward is gone.. Rip off!! No response to the issue.. New update forces players to sign in with FB to receive daily log-in bonus.. RVERY DAY!! Many players miss out due to this.. They pay no attention to reports of abuse from other players.. My personal issues?? Daily log in bonus I’m forced to go into FB for don’t always work.. I had all lottery numbers chosen, but did not receive any reward.. Got ignored.. Aldo you can only chat 10 times?? Not sure what that’s about.. The game is cute but the issues are daily and each new update takes more and more fun out of the experience.. I had over 10 mil coins and in a matter of hours it was all stolen by other players.. there should be a cap on how many coins can be stolen and how many buildings can be destroyed before your board stops being available.. It’s not worth the anger and frustration it causes.. Sorry guys.. Nice attempt at a stolen game idea, tho.. The ads are for identical games.. Smh so sad that the creators don’t even care about their product, just their pockets.. At least that’s how it seems with them hiding from issue complaints.. Check their FB before you download!! Much dissatisfied customers and some spend real money!! Shame on them for not at least addressing the issues but they keep posting other events.. Many have already uninstalled the app..
