First of all, I must stress that this was my first time stepping into a Salsarita Restaurant because of being a Chipotle customer for YEARS- I sure hope my words can convey the kindness, cleanliness, excellent service, professionalism and FANTASTIC FOOD my husband and I experienced tonight that literally brought me to tears after having such a positive experience at the W. Columbia Sunset Blvd. location. I will forever be grateful to my husband for suggesting that we checkout Salsarita for Mexican food needed for a surprise baby shower I was co-hosting and decided at the LAST MINUTE (the day before the shower) to change up our menu so to align w/our expectant mommy’s recent craving for Mexican food! Needless to say, with it being a last minute change, I needed help FAST and when Katrina S heard my request for guidance on what to order for the baby shower, she obviously sensed I felt overwhelmed and kindly began suggesting what she knew “our mommy” and ladies in attendance would enjoy. Kate and her team provided a service like the days of past when people actually extended themselves to help and truly cared about customers. I am a small business owner and know what a professional team/organization looks and acts like, and all I can say is that Kate is one strong leader and a kind-hearted person that this ole’ gal (and her husband) will be visiting from now on instead of the “other” Mexican restaurant. Kate is truly my hero and I pray she is recognized by her company as one to invest in and take into upper management for teaching others what is so rare today in restaurants. Kate you raised the bar! Ever since the app was updated, it is constantly signing me out. When I try to login, I get a “something went wrong” message telling me the info I input was incorrect. And yes, I always try more than once and I make sure my email address and password are correct, yet I still get the message. Therefore, I have to reset my password. I have even tried “resetting” it to the same password and get a message telling me my new password cannot be the same as my current one. Please get this app straightened out!!!

What a wonderful experience I had today when I stopped by Salsarita’s Southfield location. I was very politely greeted by Shavar. I requested a carry out menu which I received. I asked about a couple of menu items. Shavar suggested a couple of items. I selected his suggestion of the shrimp soft taco. It was delicious! I will definitely make a regular drive thru order to the Southfield road location. I really appreciated the EXCELLENT customer service that I received from Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill, way go Team!!!!

I love this place! The 2 taco lunch special is amazing! Love their chips and salsa. Cholula is one of my favorite hot sauces and they have 6 different flavors. Great value and wonderful food. You have to try it out and make sure you sign up for their rewards and you’ll get a free entree bonus! Also, a free birthday entree during your birthday month.. so why are you still reading this? Go sign up already and visit them. I go 1-2 a week and you might too!
